1. General Use

• Holiday Homes is an online marketplace connecting hosts who list their properties (“Hosts”) with guests seeking accommodations (“Guests”).
• We are not the owner of the properties listed and act only as an intermediary between Hosts and Guests.
• All users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

• To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Booking and Payments

• Guests agree to pay the full booking amount (including applicable taxes, fees, and service charges) at the time of reservation.
• Payments will be processed securely through approved payment gateways.

4. Responsibilities of Hosts

• Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, cleanliness, and safety of the accommodation.
• Hosts must comply with all applicable Pakistani laws, including rental regulations, taxation, and guest registration requirements.

5. Responsibilities of Guests

• Guests must treat the property and host with respect, comply with house rules, and avoid unlawful activities.
• Any damages caused by the Guest are their responsibility and may be charged accordingly.

6. Cancellations

• Each property listing may have its own cancellation policy, clearly displayed before booking.
• Holiday Homes reserves the right to cancel reservations in case of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Holiday Homes is not responsible for disputes between Hosts and Guests.
• We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or suitability of listed properties.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
